For the past week, I been getting unsucessful installation error lately when I try to download angry birds . I did hard/soft reboots and it's still not working.

Any ideas?

No idea but I'm experiencing the same thing. Some apps install fine, others not at all. I even had one which refused to update. Don't know what's wrong.

Have you tried clearing data and cache for the Market?
Yes, because I still don't have the latest market upgrade so I've been repeating that procedure more often than a sane person should. Perhaps these issues are related (Market upgrade -> error downloading).

Thanks for this suggestion. My market was "downloading" updates, but never installing them. They would just sit there with 100% of the update downloaded. Sometimes if I opened the app in the market, it would force the installation of the update.

Clearing the data and cache seems to have fixed the problem. Now updates are downloading and installing again. I would not have thought of this solution on my own.

EDIT - UPDATE - it seems that the problem still exists. I was able to download and install a bunch of updates normally, but it hasn't finished the process yet and I am already experiencing the old issue again. Bugger @%$#
