Help Market Won't Update Apps or Let Me Install New Apps

I have a Droid X running Froyo. Today I went to make updates to my apps on my phone and it wouldn't let me. It keeps returning an ! in a triangle saying that the app couldn't be installed. This is how it was for all the apps needing updating. I went to try and install an app via my phone and got the same error. I went to the Web version of the market and installed an app and it went through fine and installed. I then went to one of my installed apps and clicked install in the Web app store and sometimes it would update the app sometimes it wouldn't.

What's going on here. I've force stopped the market. Took away the update. Restored the update. Unmounted and then Remounted the SD card. This is very frustrating.
