Marking exchange emails as read?

I've finally got active sync working for exchange, after a few issues.

It's working great, but when I read an email on the phone it doesn't mark it as read in Outlook. My Nokia used to do this.

Any ideas?

I have the same issue..... on my old iphone, when I read a new email on the phone it would mark it as read on my outlook inbox... doesn't seem to work for me though on the droid.. not a huge issue but minor annoyance.
