Hi temps48 welcome to the forums.

Hello temps48! Let me add my welcome also.

Could I ask which phone you have and which email app you are using?

Using that info, perhaps we could suggest a part of the forum where someone has a better understanding of your issue and can better help you?

Thanks for joining!
