There are no .mbn files from our firmware.

Each phone works differently with firmware based usually on the processor.


My guess is that if you were trying to find a way to unlock the bootloader, at least look at similar phones.

But yea, there are no msm8960 LG devices yet to be cracked.
 
Curious which driver do you have?
There was a chinese flash tool i tried
It might have worked but qhusb_dload driver i had couldnt get past the HELLO stage.
 
I asked a tech at qualcomm
He could not give it to me and told ne maybe check xda

There is a link to the flash tool
You may have to take it apart to verify partitions.
Or sinply see if your phone responds
But actually i dont think thats the correct driver but not sure
 
theres gotta be a way. lg probably uses a flash tool to do it easily. theres always jtag but until i do that i'm gonna try as many other methods as i can to try to come up with a unbrick solution.

qpst recognizes the phone. but i dont have the right files. the lg flash tool for softbrick starts to flash if i choose odm instead of cdma but then the tool crashes.
 
i was just told that lg motion is not supported by jtag. so i'm gonna keep trying for awhile and if somebody comes along that needs one for parts like the screen then i'll probably give it away.
