My media sound doesn't work. My mp3 files play but no sound comes out. My Pandora plays but no sound comes out. My phone rings when someone calls, my recieved texts makes a sound. All works fine but not my media. any solutions?

Hi Melanie and welcome to AF. :hello:

I'm not sure what would cause that. I did a little research and found others on different phones with the same problem. One explanation was its the Android OS thinks the headphone is being plugged in. I don't know if that's the problem but this ********** app seems to help others.

Have you rebooted your phone to see if that helps?
