Help memory card error

When I restart my s3 it says preparing sd card then displays an error saying unable to download please try again later. But I can still browse my sd card with no problems. Just a bug?

Some questions here, bear with me:)
Does this happen each time you restart? How often do you restart?
What is attempting to download? Do you have a good signal? How about on wifi--does the download complete on wifi?
Are you/were you trying to download an app? Or an attactment?

It happens every time I restart. I restart once a day normally. i am not sure what is attempting to download. I have good signal. it does it on wifi as well. And there are no new apps or attatchments that i know of.
 
Do you remember if you was trying to download anything before this happened?

Within a browser or an email app? My suggestion, clear data within browser, email app and download manager from settings, apps, all apps
