Memory Card Question

I'm sure I've either asked this or seen it asked somewhere, but I've searched and can't find it, so quickie: Just bought a new memory card - how do I install it? Is it really just as simple as copying the contents of the one in the Desire to it and swapping them?

lol, pull it from the top (middle) down, its pretty sturdy

Yup I knew to format the card, all changed over now.

That back cover is scary, specially at the bottom just before it comes off
