We got my daughter a GT2 7.0 and in a couple of days she started getting this message. At first I told her to uninstall some apps (I can't beleive she got so many so fast) and see from there. Even if she uninstalls apps she can't update, install or run some apps.

I tried to clear her /cache partition, but that didn't work. I tried to force feed it a terminal emulator, but it won't run. I tried to use system tuner pro, but that won't run, although I think that might be because I have the paid version and her tab has a different account.

I don't know what to do from here. If I could run TE I might be able to try a few tricks, but I can't.

On the galaxy tab 2, the internal SDcard is a section of the /data partition and while it was crammed full, the system couldn't do it's thing I guess it has some kind of quota and won't allow the system to fill up the space so the user can.
