Root [Merit] suggestions for development???

aside from CM7,

what are some things that everyone would like to see for our phones???

just looking for ideas for things to work on.
 
CM 9........CM10........C....M..... ICS.......JB....... :D
OH very difficult question, for now my only wish is ICS and the kernel with OC 1gh.
I hope that I wished impossible?

setting the kernel to 1ghz is no biggie.

whether or not it will work without incident is another thing entirely
 
The armv6 architecture doesn't like going higher than 900mhz. If you really play with the voltage tables, you *may* be able to hit 1Ghz with some stability.
 
Yes I think even 950 mhz would be worth a shot. I'll volunteer to test and I'm sure plenty of others will too. You the man Stayboogy, I got faith in you.

i've already made and released a 970Mhz kernel, but...

799 is the max that the gpu will handle on this phone and still resume from sleep without issue--and this is why the 800 and 970 versions were removed and substituted with the 777

but i appreciate your suggestion anyway.
 
Wrong about the 800mhz kernel. I use it for
a month and do his job fantastic. Moreover
I think it is more economical than
Anthoni kernel. I did it with no
problems. Unfortunately I did not get to try
970mhz because you hid it quickly.

well, you may have had minor successes with it, but i know for a fact that the 800 has a resume from sleep / resume from lock screen bug because it causes problems with the gpu.

had it been 100% problem free it would still be out. same for the 970.
 
Just out of curiosity, would you be willing to make a custom rom/kernel (with specific apps and other things) for me? I'd even be willing to pay you for your troubles.
