Last week while still trying to get to FTM mode, I kept doing the adb reboot and it was driving my BF crazy cause of the bootup sound. He asked what was I doing and I told him. Now that I saw what the files were in that Avail Tcard Flash, the OEMbl is probably that partition mtd7: 00100000 00020000 "oem" I'm going to later go into windows and see if it shows in qpst tools. Also believe the persist is what locks it up the way it is:
