Root Messed up phone... (somehow)

I was wondering, if Messed up Imei's can be fixed, as well as MSL and ESN... because it "broke" when i flashed a kernel on to the phone. now i get searching for service every time the phone boots, and will not connect to MetroPCS at all... any suggestions?
