Help Messed Up recivied message

when i send a text message for example at 9:45 pm someone will text me back but in the recieved message it says i got the text back at 3:45am

i moved your thread to the troubleshooting section.

that is odd. have you tried update your prl and profile? try to clear out your cache of your messaging app.

I updated the prl and profile but how do you clear the cache?? ALso I remember this happening when I lost service and then got It back

go to phone settings/applications/manage applications/find your messaging app and clear cache.

OK so I erased it but it stillk is wrong time. and Ive noticed that it always 6 hours ahead

Sounds like the time zone is wrong. You could try going to settings, time zone and check

MY phone is on automatic time and the overall time is right, its just when I receive a message the message says I got It sIx hours later

I think its called time adjustment offset that messed it up
