There is a large hole where the speaker is. Above that there is a thin sharp piece of plastic/metal WHATEVER THE FK IT IS it seems to dig into a few peoples ears.

Chill out and stop being so god damn self righteous people. So many people in this forum are.

It was meant to be a joke. I had a friend complain at work once that he needed a long breaker bar for a machine adjustment made frequently, because he "almost broke his hand" once when it was overtightened, and the boss replied "i don't know about you, but i have MANS HANDS" ... so it was a minor theft ;)

I have been chuckling every time it came to mind ever since. And I thought it suited the moment. Hope it wasn't offensive to anyone:D

I work in construction as well, and had a few times where ive used similar lines.. 'Man hands' being one haha.

my ear doesn't even touch the metal part. I usually just rest the top edge of the phone along my ear
 
Man you guys must be putting some serious pressure on the phone to be having this pain. How about not trying to ram the phone through the side of your head and just holding it like a normal person.
