I've said I DNS but I'd be REAL surprised, even Shocked if they do that.

That's got to be how they tie the new network to You and Your phone. They have to have the phone there to put The Mark of The Beast on it.

Has anyone tried taking their T-Mobile phone to MetroPCS, close their T-Mobile account, and switch to MetroPCS? I am curious if they will let you switch. All the ads I see talk about At&T.

Hey Floridians, see where our Gov gave us the shaft yesterday?

He reneged on the No Amazon deal and said they are coming here For Sure.

That means soon to come sales tax on Amazon phones. I don't think so Tim.

(Of course, one could argue the jobs are worth the sales tax but that's not the point here.)

Yea i heard about Amazon. As far as the Fl Online tax thing that could happen next year but its really up to Amazon and other online sites as to when. Hoping for next year. Just got the ps4. (if taxed on 7. polk conty I will pay an 28 bucks in tax.) Thanks governator Scott but its all about the jobs I guess.

Its whenever they get a physical presence in the state (warehouse)

OK i just got done talking with one of the customer service folks and they said they will change my unlimited everything family plan if i get a gsm 4g phone. But guys i was doing the math and i don't know if what i did was right so correct me if I'm wrong. i did the math and metro family plan seems to be more then t-mobile. Metro says you Save $5 per month per line so lets say i get the $40 dollar plan and with 4 lines, in total that would be 160 but because of the $5 per month per line that would make it 140 correct? Now I just checked t mobile family plan to compare and their 4 line plan with the same features of metro's $40 plan is just $100. if that's the case then that's not fair

Я не думаю, што хтосьці тут кажа беларускі, я прапаную выкарыстоўваць Google Translate.

So that's what I'm thinking so if we can get a dealer to sell us a MetroPCS sim card and activate it, it should work on any tmobile unlocked phone. I've called three dealers in Las Vegas neither bothered to answer my call so if any one know a dealer in any of those cities try to see if they are willing to sell and activate just the sim card.

If anyone is curious as to how this will work..I can answer your question... I'm [old username DreamCity] a MetroPCS sales rep in SoFL and recently got informed as to how it would go down..

Customers would bring their own devices to out store where we will provide a sim card for $10. Then the serial number from the phone would be put into our system along with the sim card number and voila! So basically expect to pay your first month plus sim card fee.

what about family plans? how will that work? lets say i would like to have 4 lines with 2.5gb of 4g, how much would that be?

yea i get it now. just wondering why its more money then tmobile :(

Different companies, different prices. Taxes are added onto T-Mo's plan, so that $140 that they will charge will be greater after taxes and regulatory fees are added on top of that. Metro already has all that figured into the price. I don't know if the taxes/fees will add another $40 or not to make it up to $180 like Metro's plan, you'll have to figure that out. Bottom line is that you make the choice of what is best for you.

It's not more then T-Mobile. T-Mobile unlimited plans 70 bones now. Plus I don't believe they have the 5 dollar discount benefit that we[MetroPCS] offers.

when it comes to family plans? yes it is but alfick3 is probably right. the taxes and fees and stuff probably puts more on tmobile price.

This is part of the reason they can stick contracts up their butts.

I've never had a phone contract where BEFORE I agreed they could tell me EXACTLY what my bill would be. You gotta get that first bill to see how much all the taxes are.

Ugh...

No the hell I don't.

Name me one single other thing we buy where we're told, well we really don't know what it's going to cost you until you buy it.

Oh, wadaminit, you can add Obamacare to that 1 item list. (But we didn't BUY that, it was rammed up our butts.)

F phone contracts.
