So I just tried to get onto the MetroPCS website to pay my bill online and this is what I got:

Server Error

403 - Forbidden: Access is denied.
You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied.


Is this happening to anyone else when trying to get on the website?

Just to note this is happening on my my pc (google chrome) and my phone (dolphin/firefox)
 
Sounds like they were doing some maintenance work at the time.
I've checked and it's up now.
Try again and it should work just fine!
 
Yeah their "new" website had some bugs and typos when they first launched. Most of it is fixed now but I'm sure there are still some maintenance to be done.
 
I hate the new site. Some of the stuff won't show on some browsers and some won't show when using ubuntu and half the crap doesn't even work. I had problems paying my bill last month and had to pay at the store and got charged that bs 3 dollar charge.
 
their new site is a lil buggy i had to call metro yesterday after checking my data usage online. It was at 100% used and thats crazy cuz my bill date is the 6th of every month so there was no way in 2 days i could of used 1 gb of data, so when i spoke to the metro guy he told me it was showing on his computer that i was at 0% and not 100% so i thanked him for verifying that.

That is exactly what I am trying to avoid it's not a big deal every now and then but it does add up overtime... I'll just keep checking hopefully the work out their issues
 
Paid my bill yesterday and my meter went from 15% to...whatever this is. I've brought it up on my phone and computer using Chrome and it still looks broken. I'm assuming it's 0% which after an hour of Spotify streaming is awesome.

Edit: Good thing I took that screen when I did, their site is having technical issues now...
