Root [MetroPCS/CDMA] 4G not working??

it never worked ever since i got the phone, i only get 3G. i already called metro about this, made me do some stuff in the hidden menu and no luck.
i already rooted it, i was gonna return it but i can't unroot it ... lmao.

There is a thread that can give you some help. It should be called Return to Stock. That should get you unrooted enough to return your phone if you have to. What does your LTE say in about phone?

This happened to me when I got the phone for the first time. You need to call metro and ask them to update your ICCID number.

i think they did that, they told me to turn off my phone, take off the battery and turn it back on and "it should be working" because they did something... but nothing.

Call & ask them if they have the correct sim card number for your account because your not able to get 4G at the moment

Login to your my metro account online and verify that your ICCID card number is activated.
Metro's pathetic excuse for customer service agents may not know about it until you make a fuss and get someone competent on the other hand of the line.
