k i thought i did everything right so where are my apps do i have to download them again?

Best way to not have to do this is, before wiping and flashing roms, tap backup and just backup data only. And after flashing whatever rom you want, you can boot back into recovery and restore just the data. And that includes all your text and call logs that was on their when you backup you data at that given time.

yes i did the mobile odin, but it wiped all apps which i had to redownload and my contacts i had import them again.

Just the stock kernel that came with it.Don't know if he made any changes to it.

Does the new modem (MD3) makes the phone hot? Or could it just be the 1.3.0 rom? All I did was flash shabby's 1.3.0 then flashed the modem, but slowly it makes my phone hot

It's the modem mb2 is fine someone else has the same issue running md3 so he flash mb2 back and no issues metr
