How did you install the USC version?

I downloaded it from XDA.

Yup, unless you know how to change the carrier name in the build.prop

Any news on update? I flashed usc but no mms. Also once i saw on a thread how to edit build. Prop thru rom toolbox but i cant find it and i remember when i edited mms worked but can't remember which thread. Any ideas if i find thread ill give it another try if they still haven't posted update

umm try this changing this

ro.cdma.home.operator.alpha=MetroPCS
ro.cdma.home.operator.numeric=311660

if it doesn't save enable root access from developers options

I just figured this out and the carrier is still the same lol. What'll happen if I change the numeric?

haha not sure but may help those getting mms working again, as for me mms worked without changing anything from build prob and works when i changed too

I haven't had any problems, my signal is still the same.
