mine look great. focusing before taking the picture might help or try using the modded camera i posted a few post back

No problems here either.
On another note, can't wait for the next build. The changelog is jam packed with important updates. I just hope they don't skip us again tonight which seems likely considering the time.

what does the new update have? i was on this rom until today because i'm trying to use wireless display function but it wasn't working. it would begin to connect and then after a minute it would fail.

That's all good stuff, most times it's stuff like cosmetics for cm file manager or trebuchet, which are useless to me as i delete both and use nova and aftermarket file managers.

It's 4.2.2. now... before that, it was 4.2.1.
jk... But seriously, I thought the differences between the two were mainly for the Nexus?

Sometimes while I'm listening to music the volume turns all the way up on a song randomly anyone else having the same problem? I been having it since yesterdays nightly
FWIW, switching to CDMA only fixes the MMS problem. WTF is wrong with 4G now?

Same. For me it happens when i first start a song. The volume would go to max, click on the volume down once and it goes back to normal. Since yesterday too.

Try nightly builds. I been using them for a while and they are stable for daily drive. I use the MMS.apk from black bean and my MMS work perfectly
Yea that's what I been doing but it scares the $#!+ out of me lol
Problem is I don't know much about this, and don't want to be playing with ROM's every day. I just want to use my phone, and CM10 stable IS a nice upgrade from stock for sure - but not if it doesn't work. Risking loosing anything I have on my phone when doing this stuff everyday would put my nerves a little over the edge.

So guys I flashed the latest nightly and everything was working perfect ! I was so happy until two days later I try taking a picture and it happens again .. Instead of describing it I took a video so you guys can see exactly what keeps happening to me on cm10.1. Other than this the rom is amazing. CM10.1 Samsung galaxy s3 camera/gallery problem - YouTube

Sometimes the camera is bugged. Tap to focus Then take a picture fixes the problem though.

If you wanna flash a ROM that worked pretty good flash the nightly from 2/13. It was working good enough.

Yes you have to do it before every picture :/. And you only have to reboot if it freezes up again
