Just follow the directions and you will be fine. The only other issue that you could run into is the MMS acting funky with the stock messaging app. If you dont even want to mess around with it just download GoSMS and use that as your messaging app. Otherwise, this thing is smooth, responsive and has no unicorns.

Gapps are google apps like gmail and google play. It can't be legally included in roms so they keep them seperate. Inverted gapps are modified for the dark look. It's a little harder to read but it looks better. Up to you.

After you flash the rom it will ask you to reboot. Press back instead and flash gapps.

i already flashed the rom..and i definitely rather the inverted gapps then..can i just install them now?..do i go to recovery and install them manually now?
 
i have the apps..but i cant sign into my gmail account to get any of my info back..is this normal?
 
was i supposed to download all four links..i just did the top one at the bottom of the page..right above where it says 4.1.2 official package..also i just rebooted it a second time..then it let me sign in to my google account
 
You should try aokp now instead of black bean. Or should I say black“been"

Try AOKP instead. We have pink unicorns, and lots of swagger. :p
 
I disagree to say one person should try a rom instead of another rom thats kinda being harsh both roms i enjoy and to be honest cant decide between them. the only way to settle this is to have all roms saved as recovery so when u get tired of one u switch to the other.

/dev/block/mmcblk1p1 is the sdcard setting
d2mtr is the device
cache is 826 MB
data is 12288 MB
system is 1024 MB

:)

im sure you could have it set to internal sdcard but this was much easier to figure out atm :P

So if we had a dual booting kernel and set this in each rom. Could we then have 4 roms installed? I will test now.

if we had a dual booting kernel with dual-boot option roms with this option set in each rom, with dual userspace settings for each of those, would that mean I can run 16 diferent images with this shiz? :D

who wants to test that for me. (I volunteer airtioteclint) :rolleyes:
