Root [MetroPCS/CDMA] [Toolkit] SkipSoft's S3 Toolkit. ALL in one. (V7.3) UPDATED

ok got a small problem. got a new laptop. wanted to load the drivers so it could read my phone. I installed the toolkit & the drivers started to load. at the end it said that it failed to install. something about broadcom USH not found. I got that same message 4 times with as many tries to dl this thing. any suggestions? I don't really want to use my card reader everytime I want to dl something right to my phone. thx
 
don't want to sound stupid, but this toolkit can't unbrick a device right? I can't get all the files needed to use qpst/emmc software download and the sd card trick didnt work for me, so i am guessing jtag?
