Root MetroPcs doesnt do flashing anymore, can we still flash though?

If they dont flash anymore, does that mean it cant be done or we have to do it ourselves? Im a little confused on this aspect. Im trying to go to Metro from sprint with my EVO 4g. Is it still possible?

there is a new unlocking law that makes it illegal to unlock a phone to be used on other networks. now mostly this applies to gsm phones with sim cards, but i can understand what metro is doing in changing there policy.

now it still can be done, but you will have to do it yourself. i do not know much about it. all i know is that you will need a donor phone from metro, change the esn's(as long as you are in good standings with sprint, in other words, you do not have a bad esn), and change the radios(nv) over to metro. all this will be done thro cdma workshop.
