ive never tested on 12b. be prepared to fix bricks if it doesnt go over
You need to have 12B in order to install this ROM. How did you get to 12B [with root]?

the recovery will work if you are on 12b but the root from app will not along with other features of that app. so as far as how to do it this is all i can say:
1) update to 12b somehow
2) root
3) install f6Utilities2
4) install cwm
5) win?
This is the hard part. I upgraded to 12b without doing enough research and there isn't a direct way to root (adb, app, 1-click etc).

Thanks for the recovery, looked everywhere for a working one.
But when I try to back up it doesn't mount my exteranl SD card? And what's the SD hack button? Sorry, I'm new to all this. First time I really trying flashing a kernal.
quick reply lol. hmm, alright thanks. think the SD hack button will fix it?
Is it like link2sd or app2external? Guess I'll press it and find out. #yoloooo :smokingsomb:
It just said something about the SD images worked. nothing really happened, except now the cwm won't mount my internal or external lolol. any suggestions?appreciate the quick replies.
Just here to confirm that F2Utilities2.3 will install on rooted 12b and will flash CWM recovery. Did not test root.
Your gonna need to kdz restorelol I am. stuck on the cwm when I reboot. had stock everything too with noo backup. ****k me. oh well thanks anywho.
If you read the first post, it says to install the F6Utilities app and that app installs cwm recovery. You can use the very same app to boot into cwm recovery.
[I'm ready to install CWM]
[I'm displaying my ignorance here]
@GameTheory
I understand the above. I want to use CWM to backup and then install your ROM.
Just to be clear, from Power Off, you can press Vol-down and Power to get into recovery w/o wiping data/reset?
I am asking these questions, because the requirement for installing your ROM is 12b. So, I am assuming you don't want to "Wipe Everything"?
Yes, thx. I understand about using the app. I first used a CWM by "ShabbyPenguin" for my previous phone - HUAWEI Premia - and, it "burned" the idea of a button combo to start recovery into my brain?
