Root [MetroPCS] [ROM] [BETA] KitKat 4.4.4 CM11 (unofficial)

Been running v6 with v8 prop for a few hours now very smooth and snappy no reboots yet or any other problems yet. No front cam also signal seems week on lte but other than that running great.

My front cam works fine what's funny is that I use cymera and when I'm using it and try to go to selfie mode it says I can't use that option because I don't have a front cam but that's the cam in using maybe that's a clue into how to get the back cam on some phones working maybe somewhere in the code its pointing to the wrong place so to speak if anyone knows how the camera gets "called" into service I'd like to look into it I don't know anything bout coding just basic flashing and rooting stuff but I'm an electrician and Im good as connecting dots and I think I can figure this out

Well u can figure it out by seeing the logcat when you open the camera app PS if u don't know code at all u most likely have no clue wtf you are looking at
 
Lol well true I don't know code but I know a little sense and I may not know what the symbols are but Google can help with that its just hard finding a tutorial which explains or at least points me in the right direction of how the camera gets called up from the second the user has the intent of using it

I dont understand why ppl are having many issues with apps... If we all flashing the same rom.... I hav done all versions from horack; first built tru all up to v8 from angablade... N my only issues hav been... black sceen..... Sound.... Emotional light leds...

I am on xperion ROM with freedom kernal and SD hack from futilities 2 installed. I have a ext partition installed.
I reboot to recovery
Factory reset
Wipe cache
Wipe dalvick
Install v8
Install gapps standard
Bootloop on cm boot screen

Maybe you can help him with your knowledge to fix his problem. The easy way would be to use this sites available personal messaging option to converse freely to assist with this problem. Then when the problem is corrected you can share a solution to this known problem with our other members.;)

V8 has a bug try V6.
Try format system also. Then Reload the rom and then flash gapps.

Of course I have a camera that I used for my own issues.
Try this one , it is capable of 12 mp and is storage configurable.

If this one is not doing it for us we'll have to wait for a new f6 update unless a proper driver is found.
