Root [MetroPCS & T-Mobile] Disable vibration and wifi calling pop-up?

After rooting this phone I still can't figure out a couple of annoyances.

1) Disable vibration completely, even if it's disabled in settings, some apps don't obey it and vibrate (talkatone for example on incoming ring & dialing digits). In other phones I can just run as 'su' then

'chmod 444 /sys/class/timed_output/vibrator/enable'. But that path doesn't exist on the F3. Any other ideas?

2) Everytime I connect on wifi, there's a pop-up telling me about MetroPCS wifi calling, I can skip to dismiss it or 'learn more', which is just another couple pages of instructions, but doesn't do anything else. It keeps reappearing no matter which option I select. (Same with airplane mode, but I can live with that somewhat).

UPDATE: #2 is resolved by disabling the "IPService" in the Settings - Apps - All tab.

That was already disabled, since I use Talkatone & Google Voice for Wifi calling, have no need for the built-in one, which only works with MetroPCS SIM cards anyway (I have T-Mobile). I got this issue resolved by disabling the "IPService" in the Settings - Apps - All tab.

You can try flashing the t-mobile firmware then. I have a metro f3 on t-mobile firmware. (long story)

I use the T-mo wifi calling and it is lovely .. no banner adds (talkatone) ... I really need Google to get off their bum and finaly built in voip into gvoice.

The popup is gone now, so there's no need. It seems TMobile firmware has more adware built-in also (that I had to remove after rooting)

I use TMobile prepaid, so their wifi calling won't work anyway. I'm mostly forwarding via Google Voice to another landline or on wifi, so only actually use their carrier data/minutes occasionally. I heard Hangouts will integrate Google Voice for VoIP eventually, it's already available on the iOS.
