Eeh, what operating system do you have? Are you using usb 3.0? if yes, you need to use 2.0

Windows 7? windows 8? try using another usb port... make sure you are actually in download mode! make sure the phone is completely off, hold the volume up and connect it to the computer, this will put your phone in download mode

Want to point out that in some cases the antivirus and windows UAC can block the dll thinking it's a virus without you even knowing.
Start from the beginning by uninstalling all the unbrick tools from your PC then reboot. Then disable antivirus and UAC until you finish unbricking. Finally follow Trevor's instructions to reinstall everything to your PC.

HOLY CRAP U MIGHT JUST HAVE FIXED IT THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH THE DLL IT SAYS _setAuthMark Fail. Hopfully that is the problem thank you

If u use the guide in motion's forum u would hav to put in the software as EMERGENCY./ // cdma Vm or somthinh like that. It would help just follow instructions there but with the mpcs500e or i KDZ.

YESSSSSS is ur phone MPCS.. i hav mpcs500e and mpcs500i ... it longest is MPCS u are good if u hav TMO.. now we hav an issue
or u mean KDZ softhware?????

thats fine.. i recomend u use motion's KDZ softhware.. it has work for me fine on ours motion, F3, F6
