Root micromax soon launching kernel source for a70!!

really shame on micromax they not launching kernel source as the post is on November 19 2011 today April 8 2012 its nearly five month passes, now they telling micromax a70 will never upgradable we cant release the source code. as they said before they cant give the kernel source code as they having the source code but they don't want to release it...
we hope modders will do something for micromax a70 device soon....
 
let's mail them that if you guys r not capable of realsing kernel source its better don't launch android OS in your handset what's d use of launching ...also we all will make another forum n community n thn frm der will spread ur weakness to evryone thtvwill surely affect marketing also max to max we can evn return cellphones back to company.. I'll mail such bt want evn u guys shud mail thm.pls...lets take strict action
 
^^ if u browse the forums, u will see that we have been doing exactly what you said..

There is only one solution, you need cyanogenmod.. get a new phone .. i figured this out, long back..

How much did u sell it for?? and which phone do u hav now???
 
I did not sell it, I gave it to my bro.. now im using a second hand defy +.. i got it for Rs 9000 , its in fine condition..
 
the rom which u tried is of commtiva z71 which is same as mi 300 and we have already ported that phone's cm6 which boots but touch dosent work . So there is no point of porting that rom .

I tried the same, flashed the stuff then flashed the kernel fix ...
Does not boot up :p Not even Boot animation was noticed :rolleyes:

:eek: Its ICS this time !! + though it was ported, it never appeared on the Forums ...
