Help Microphone is too loud!

Is there a volume control for the microphone? When I'm talking on my Optimus V my voice is so loud the other person has to hold the phone away from his ear! I haven't been able to find a setting for this. :confused:
 
It's not just the speaker phone, anytime I'm talking people have to hold their phone away from their ear because my voice is so loud. Anyone know how to turn down the voice volume?
 
Have you tried:menu/settings/sound/volume/media. or download Volume control from the market. It has system volume, ringer and notification volume, media volume, alarm volume, and In call volume
