-Change touchscreen settings (I was having issues with touch freezing up, figured everyone else was, so I reverted to the stock touchscreen file)
-Updated kernel to mac 3.2
-SystemUI Shouldn't crash at first boot anymore(maybe)

-Fixed swagger toggle so it doesn't cause any crashes/weird settings anymore

Very nice. Thanks for all of your hard work. I just got finished installing 1.06 after reading every post in this thread and not being able to wait any longer. I did a completely clean install, going so far as to finally do the "align partition" thing in 4ext and create a sd-ext partition. I just ordered a bigger faster microsd card, so I guess this is practice.

I love everything so far. The complete Google Now is so much better than the old version I had to run in Harmonia. I thought it was weird that the default launcher setup has no easy way to enter the phone dialer. Did I miss something, or do people just not use the dialer anymore?

Special thanks to Ramjet for his informative responses in here, for that file to clear and lock the wimax logs, and for his modified 1.50 hboot which I decided to use.

A few questions for anyone who knows the answer:

I thought the mac kernel was sense only. Will the new kernel enable "sweep to wake?" If I flash my own kernel with this rom, such as Buttered Toast or Anthrax, should I expect to run into problems?

Do I need a separate program with this rom such as link2sd or mounts2sd in order to use that partition as internal memory, or is that functionality built into this rom or every rom nowadays?

Also, does anyone know how to get rid of a message saying I have 2 voicemails, even though I checked my voicemails and they are empty?

In regards to the SD card, Nice! I just recieved my GSkill 32GB Class 10 [$27.99 total + free pc game from newegg ] sd card and was also curious about swap and other ways I could take advantage of it performance wise

Now you tell me, I could have saved a few bucks off of my Sandisk class 10, and gotten a free game out of it. :o Mostly I wanted the speed, and the ability to save a large music collection so I don't burn my battery and data streaming for hours every day.

From the advice i've seen so far on this phone and version of android, a swap file isn't necessary.

It's included with a few ROM's for the Evo 3D/V and I think Viper3D now has it as an option.

From what I've read it was a lot more effective on memory constrained devices like the Sprint Evo 4G, and there is some discussion of that in this thread.

Like the use of a swap file, which is of little or no benefit on an Evo 3D/V, it seems to have been carried forward based on some performance improvements seen on older devices and Android versions.

The only problem that I have been having with this rom is 3g breaking pretty regularly. The icon is there and have signal but the icon is grey instead of blue. I'm sticking it out for now though. I really want this rom to be a daily driver.

now my phone is in boot loop and i dont know what do do
shud i downgrade the hboot?
will it work then?
im too scared and i need help IMEDIATELY!!!

Plug your phone in, press the power button, adb into bootloader or recovery.

Big letters on the OP. DO NOT USE 1.57.

Just pull the battery, take out the sd card and put it in your pc, drag one of the correct bootloaders that work onto the root of the card (with the correct name and format, PG86IMG.zip) and load into bootloader by holding down the power and volume down buttons until you are in the bootloader. It will find the file automatically and update. Hopefully you are S-OFF.

I think Ramjet posted a link for the 1.50 bootloader that works on one of the pages in this thread.
 
I flashed the MAC 2.5 kernel for this and it runs great except for it breaks the camera. Thought I'd share in case someone was curious.

The Buttered Toast kernel also breaks the camera, in case anyone was wondering. The gallery force closes whenever you click on the camera. This is using either the sense or aosp camera drivers.
 
can I ask a small favor? when installing the software, can it ask to set up wi fi before doing the google setup? works a lot better for those in slow connection areas, or dont currently have service
 
The new updates works great! Thanks for taking the time to do this! :) however , if I may point out; the search by camera function still appears to be broken in Google now. Can anything be done about this?

New update is great!!! although like version 6 sometimes my phone will lag and the screen wont go on until i do a battery pull. Also how come when i watch a video all the nav buttons go dark except the dimmed search button? When updating the roms do you just boot into recovery and install new zip from sd? thanks!!! Looking forward to even more awesome work!
 
Hey dak. I moved to this rom because I wanted something to match my nexus 7. This rom is buttery smooth. Excellent work yet again. Only issue I've seen is while I do receive picture messages,some won't show unless you save it to the sd card and view it in the gallery. This is not only for the standard message app but as well as handcent (which I used as a back up to the stock messaging app in midnight s because I could receive picture and view but could not save to sd card unless I used handcent). I'm willing to help anyway I can. Please keep up the great work.
 
I've never gotten MHL working with any jellybean/ICS rom other than sense, just wondering if there was any way to get drivers for it working or if HTC just has it locked down.
 
Thanks, so far this is a great, stable rom. Going to see if I can pull the camera from Harmonia, as I think the one included here is terrible by comparison.

EDIT: Nevermind, I didn't realize that the controls were available by sliding my finger around on the preview part of the camera app. Nice camera, great settings. Just wish that Gallery was like the stock now :)

So far this rom has been great to me, approaching 24hrs. Switched from Harmonia & the 1.04.2000 engineering HBOOT. Switched HBOOT to JBear 1.50.0000 per the recommendations in this thread, unlocked the bootloader again, flashed the rom, gapps, wimax chattr +i, acid audio, and did a restore with Titanium Backup.

Now I've themed it, and it's looking good and responding very fast. I also had to switch my radio from 0.97.10.0530 to 0.97.10.0808 because I wasn't receiving calls, but that may be coincidental.
 
This is a really good rom, im sorry if this was covered before but does the led notification still not work correctly? and if there is any way to make it work how could i? otherwise a great rom, i just got back from fixing my bricked phone and i cannot stay on stock sense 3.6 any longer!
