I wake up around 10 am. I head downtown and get there around noon. I thought that the stop light clue meant that it would be at Campus Martius park, because the first light was at Michigan Ave and Woodward. Im there from noon until about 5. At 5, I call my gf to meet me downtown to have dinner. We got to this place called Slows BBQ. This is a very famous BBQ place in MI. At 6, we head back to Campus Martius to hang out and wait a little longer. After receiving the Ambassador Bridge clue, I decided to stay at the park because it was outside. When I got the GPS coordinates, I was like **** I was just in that area. Long story short, it turns out the phone was in the patio section of the restaurant that I was at only 2 hours earlier. I am beyond frustrated....

I will be in Nashville all day tomorrow. Any suggestions as to where to be? I will be close to a place I think it could be at, but they do not open until late in the day.

so since my hunt here in Los Angeles i'll try and help you all out as best i can. All the phones so far have been hidden in locations within a one mile radius of a verizon corporate store. My theory is that the Phone is shipped to the corporate store where the street team picks it up before heading out to hide it. So i'd map out all corporate stores in your city and see if there are any popular restaurants/landmarks within a one mile radius of the stores.

My theory hasn't been confirmed yet but its been the case with every location so far. Try it for yourself. And i used it today to find a place to wait and when the GPS was posted i was parked 5 mins from the actual spot.

Take it for what its worth and Good luck...
 
Hmm.. I was looking around on google maps, and even though it said theme parks for #6 and we all shoot for orlando, perhaps on the off chance, it might be Tampa? there is a giant verizon store/corporation there in downtown tampa, and Tampa does have a couple theme parks there...

Well, in Dallas ther is one store on 635 and one on northwest highway. No real "dallas" places near either of them.
 
I was told at the MPLS location today that they "intentionally" delayed the clues for today. They said they did this so more people wouldnt be working.... 12 people showed at location....

The only thing delaying this accomplished is us driving crazy through rush hour traffic..

I almost took out a lil honda when I tore into the gas station across the street from the ice cream place.

The ice cream place had a whopping 3 parking spots.

Morons!!

Looking back I almost wish I wouldve worked today instead of camping out downtown and waiting. I wouldve been getting off work and heading to MPLS and that wouldve actually put me closer to the find since it was on the most southern border of anything you would call MPLS.

Is this also the order they are to be tweeted? Id like #6 to be later in the day as my wife has dr appts lol....id hate to leave her at the dr office with no ride
 
Gah... I want to find 12. We all have a good guess that it will probably be in Cleveland. (it rocks) but I'm not about to make a 3 hour trip if it isn't.

Also, they said the robotic eye thing, which the med research center in Columbus made the first robotic eye, so it could be here too.

Well... I guess we will just have to wait for the coordinates...

#12 is in cleveland. @droiddecoder lists the locations of all of them and since they are part of the promotion i'd listen to what they have to say. Also, all the clues given up to this point are irrelevant to where it is actually hidden.
