Root MIUI Port for Optimus M?

I was just wondering if anybody has tried to port MIUI over for our Optimus M's? Since MIUI 4.0 was just released a little while ago, maybe someone could help me port it over? :p
 
Developers on this forum are pre-occupied (to my knowledge) with simply getting ICS AOSP on our phones. Playful God said he is waiting until cm9 is in a buildable state, but I think if any developer is free and eager to help you with MIUI, try contacting Playful God or Bobzhome or reppard. Tripdoc has given us an Alpha rom of 4.0.1 so maybe he can help ya out too if he isnt too busy with the AOSP rom. :)
 
I've already flashed his Alpha rom of ICS, and I'm following that thread as well. :D So I'll contact one of the Dev's after ICS has settled down a little.
 
Probably the more polite choice, and while you are at it, try searching for the open source code of the MIUI roms and keep a link to it or someway to get it somewhere so when you do get to communicate with the devs, you can save the time of finding and obtaining the source code and get a slight headstart. Wish the best of luck on your MIUI development, and if you can get working on it, I'll be a test dummy. :p

I am fully aware of that, hence why I recommended that you obtain it however you can. You could try asking the moderators and/or developer for the code.
