It took all afternoon but I finally got to the end of the Rays and Guardians game. Good grief! Spoiled my bike ride I had planned between games by going 15 innings.

as much as i love the game, baseball is one where i can't watch unless it is my team playing. football and basketball and even hockey no problem watching just to see who wins. baseball is different for me.
so right now, i'm chopping at the bit to see my boys in blue in action.

You should be scoping out your potential opponent. 
I can miss playoff games but I try not to. I don't miss watching my team play. But hey, they are watching too.

i get too bored watching baseball unless it is my team...even in the playoffs. i do take a look at the box scores or watch the highlights on Sportscenter.You should be scoping out your potential opponent.
Baseball can't stand on it's own for entertainment.. at least for me. I've got to mix it with something. I can remember listening to the games as a kid. Way way back in the day... listening was every bit as entertaining as watching games today.
i have the cards game playing in the background while i'm online. it would be very sad if they do not win this game as they will be out of the playoffs.
damn!!!! i really hate the phillies. i hope the braves kills them in the next round.
I was watching the Padres lose but switched over to see the end of the Phillies Cards game. I didn't have a great care who won except I wanted the Cards to push it to three games. Oh well... never been a fan of either team.
congrats on your padres. should be a very fun series with my boys in blue. i see this series going to 5 games.

I had a full day and missed most of the ball games. Sadly, I was able to watch the yanks get one. 
there is a good one still going in Chavez Ravine where the Dodgers play. it looked like the Dodgers were going to steam roll the Padres with a 5-0 thru 3 innings, but they came back with 3 runs to make it more of a game. lets see how the Dodgers bullpen pan out tonight with no official closer.I had a full day and missed most of the ball games. yikes........our bats went cold after the first few innings......that is not good. the padre's bullpen has only allowed 4 hits thru both games so far....no runs. that will not cut it, if the dodgers want to advance to the next round
That was a fun game to watch... not having a favorite to root for. Sorry it didn't turn out the way you wanted but I suspect there are a lot of Padres fans that are happy.
yeah i knew that this series was not going to be easy. its going to go the distance which means the pawds have to win a game or two. can't wait for the next game. it will be the pawds first home playoff game is 16 years!!!!!!

They have a decent bullpen, yup. Backs against the wall, I expect the Dodgers to rise to the occasion. I seriously doubt it will be decided in four.
