Root MMS messages not going through using Go SMS

A few days ago I froze the stock messaging on my phone. Last night I tried sending several picture messages using Go SMS and none were being sent. I didn't think anything of it. So today I tried sending more and the same thing, weren't going through.

I unfroze the stock messaging and now the MMS' are going through on Go SMS.

Not sure if this has been brought up in the past but I'd figure I try to help anyone who had the same problem as I did.
 
You have to leave the stock messaging app in tact for any messaging APP to work. The stock one is still the CORE of the after market app. Sucks but that's how it is. Found this out the hard way myself. Just turn off notifications and what not on the stock.
 
There's an option on GoSms called " stock sms uninstalled?". Not sure if that would fix the problem. its under settings> important tips.
