Help MMS not downloading.

Last week I got an HTC Evo 4G flashed over onto my cricket account. Everything on the phone works perfectly fine, but the MMS. I have yet to receive any type of picture messages, sending them has been fruitless as well.

I have read online that hard resetting could possible be a solution to this, but since my phone is flashed from Sprint to Cricket, I am afraid to lose that. Is there any other thing I can do?

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Not familiar with that process but can you update PRL and update Profile update?
