Help MMS pictures after 2.2

I've noticed after upgrading to 2.2 whenever I send or receive photos, they come in with a little play symbol on them and they try to play like a video??? Is this normal? and why would they do this?

Why would they do that? Who knows..and really what does that matter?

Just the way it is..doesn't seem to cause a problem

When I sent a picture today, my phone showed it as a 5 second video. The person receiving it, received it as a picture mail....weird

I sent two pics after the update and showed up the same and also 'Failed' to send. What's the deal?

I've noticed that I have a a lot more "failed to send" messages now...even reg messages without pictures. I can have 2 bars and 3G and they will fail to send..
