Help MMS Won't Download

This options is not available on my phone - am in UK using HTC Desire Z on T-Mobile. Can anyone help?

I get exactly the same problem with MMS messages i.e. I get 'Transient Failure' message and no MMS ...
 
I just found this thread on Google for "mms won't download android". Turns out if I enable wireless data, it will download MMS just fine. I had disabled it to save battery- DERP!

Thank you so much for this fix. It worked!!! I have been trying to send pictures out of my husband who is in the hospital. My kids wanted to see how he is doing after heart surgery. Now they can!!!!!!!!!!!!:D

Here is what worked for me....Settings>Backup and reset>Network settings reset>Reset settings
