good morning everyone i woke up this morning to find that my 3g was no longer there wifi works fine and i have restarted my phone many times there is just no mobile network single it keeps saying standby to connect to mobile network can anyone help me with my problem

I think they realized that I was missing my BlackBerry days, so they decided to take the network down.

No biggie. Wasn't trying to give you a hard go. Just so many (not-so-smart) posts about the update tend to get annoying.

Seems several states are down, but several are still up as well.

3G is down here in central Ohio... I have to say that this hasn't happened to me on verizon, and when it did it was usually a BIS outage on my old BB... man this sucks

If your 3G isn't running, here's the solution: dial *228 and select option 1. It turns out that re-programming your phone brings the 3G back, it did for me at least. Hope this helps!
