Mobile TV for the Desire.

Anyone know of any?

A mate showed me something called Tango or something like that for the iPhone, is there any that the Desire supports?
 
It was there yesterday as I was looking for just the thing the OP is.

beebplayer had announcement on it yesterday saying that the way BBC iplayer works had changed and that beebplayer wasn't functioning properly and it wasn't known when it would again....or something to that effect. Guess that's why it is gone today.
 
The thing is the devs halted development and are waiting for the new Flash update for it to work.
Which will enable the full site to work anyway which makes it a little pointless :-/

Sucks they broke Beebplayer :-(

"TV Catchup" is good for watching some TV shows but it's not live and is slow to update. I haven't tried "TV Ahoy!" yet..
 
I read yesterday they wwere currently testing it without flash on an alpha version? What you mean its not live?? 30 second delay, is live enough for me! And it streams perfectly with nit so good a signal?

Dpends how you define "live". I was watching a tv show using TVcatchup on my iPod touch and it was about 15-20 secs out against the TV!

I suppose you have to take in to account the speed of your Internet, the lag because you're using Wireless, as well as the buffer of a few seconds in case it stutters and stuff...

I knew that would cause confusion.
See the difference between what I said and you said? ;)

TVCatchup is the live one and available on iPhone.
TV Catchup is a naughty app which doesn't seem to be getting updated any more..


Edit: As suspected TV Catchup app has been removed now anyway..
