It would be nice if we had the source instead of a flashable file. Did you try this on your phone?

I tried, it booted but said system ui has stopped working ( or something of that sort)

It says it won't work with cm9 nightlies since I updated the code this is as close to nightlies as the Triumph will get. You could always install mantera's cm9 and use the boot.IMG from MTDEV cm9 which fixes Netflix. The only other major update missing would be the video files which you can snag from here you have to add a line in the build.prop as well.

They had a ICS reloaded flashable file on here some where but could only be used on CM9 0.6.11 I think
That's because your framework-res.apk, service.jar, framework.jar, etc, pretty much framework folder is not configured to work with systemUI.apk in that flash-able zip. You can however change the systemUI.apk from MTDEV CM9 to similar xml codes with the systemUI.apk from that zip. That will work and it will take time.
Source is just in the xml files of systemUI.apk. No need for source code.
