Photos, videos, any other types of files you've downloaded off the internet all get stored in the Downloads folder inside your phone's storage.
The easiest way to access -- and delete -- downloaded items on the Moto G5 Plus is by opening the Downloads app inside your app drawer. From there, long press on an item or tap on additional items to multi-select. To delete them, simply tap on the trash icon to clear them from your device. That's it.
