Motorola Droid 2.1 Details- Official from Verizon's Support Page

so do any of the custom roms out there for rooted users have live wallpapers already? I know it's something not everyone cares about, but I think it's a cool feature and I'm wondering if the only way I can get it is to wait for the OTA or if I can just root now and get the live wallpapers in a custom ROM.

intuit home++, right? no go for install (errors back that update is required), think ESE53 is causing install issues? anyone with leaked ESE53 able to get it to install?

give me another program to try. I've got all night.

Quite a few of the custom ROMs have the live wallpapers. I don't know any off the top of my head, but I know I've read about them.

You need to give proof you have the update. You have to know someone else with a camera phone or camera. If not you need to stop.
There are various ways to take a screen shot on an Android device. You can even take a picture with a camera. If you were lying in the first place, I now ask that you please just tell the truth.

If this is a rumor then its a very very widely spread rumor lol. I have heard it in every nook and cranny of any droid forum, but either way this forum already has about 8 of these threads.

i already got my 2.1 update, and its called Bugless Beast. The only thing OTAs are good for is to make better ROMs with. I will prolly never go back to stock. But im happy its finally coming out for non-root users.

not so easy when the cam is on the back side of my phone, any screenshot apps out there?

Using the Android SDK, you can take screen captures with the phone connected to your computer using the ddms.bat file in the tools directory.

+5 - I have 3 different ROMs based upon ESE53 - I ain't gonna take VZW's version, I'll stick with what I have got.
