Root Move ROM Manager backups

Can I move my backups onto dropbox or some other storage not on my phone then move it back to my SD card if necessary and still be able to restore my phone if there ever is a problem?

Yes, you can and it's reccomended, just in case your sd card craps out.

To add to what sdraw said, they're big files, so it's a good idea to move them, especially if you have a lot of them. I only keep 2 backups on my device, the rest on my laptop
