I rebooted it it still says ext2

Then goto aparted choose 2nd partition choose delete, then choose create, choose ext4
my last post for tonight...
I chose ext4. only did the steps once.
my aparted says mine IS ext4
my link2sd says it's ext2 now.
I chose ext4 when link2sd requested the info.
I can't really help if your aparted says yours is ext2. my link2sd says it's ext4.

OK I did everything it still says ext2 should I reboot?

I dunno y it is doing that, recreate mount scripts in link2sd if it doesn't work, redo it all from beginning with the steps i gave u. Its time for bed, use some common since, follow directions, and if it still doesn't work out we shall see from there, gnight

You know, the v74 is xposed Lollipops first official release. Must be getting pretty stable.

Sweet. Maybe we can use xposed on 5.1.1 now without it making the ROMs all buggy.

Hey guys... Aparted worked for me quick and easy on the 1st try. I just looked and it had an update on Aug. 31. I still have the version I used. If you want to try it it's here.

just don't let playstore update it. You can turn off auto-update in the Playstore settings and turn it back on after you get your partition done. And if you're gonna use it, uninstall the one you have 1st.

I tried it's not working for y isn't it working for me should I format the whole sd card?

Also, it's up to you, but you're making a huge ext4 partition there. It can only be used for apps as far as I know. I made mine 12 gigs and never used all of that.
Its still not working I think I'm gonna try xposed, what kind of sd card do u have mine is a 64gb

You have to Reboot recovery after you flash a restore zip though @daveyoung. If it boots to twrp, you know it worked.
