Help Moving images in camera to computer

just purchased Samsung Stratosphere and took pictures of grandkids. Connected camera to pc and nothing occured.
I checked the pc and the pc did not recognize the camera.
What has to be done to have the computer recognize it? And then how do I move the images to the computer.
 
Make sure the phone is set as a 'Mass Storage' device. Should be under Settings, USB Settings, USB Mode.
