Root moving media hub movies?

I bought two movies through the media hub app, came pre installed on my infuse, but I don't want to go through media hub everytime I want to view my movies.

Is it as simple as hooking the phone up to a computer, going into the files and copy/paste the movie files, like 500mb i think, onto my internal sd card, DCIM, so they can be viewd through the gallery?
