Even though I'm late to the LG Volt party (got a used Virgin Mobile one in December to replace my obsolete-when-I-got-it LG Optimus F3), your CM 12 work has made it enjoyable for me to use and I wish you success in your future endeavors, Bad_MOFO_33!

I am really enjoying the Life_one_x, but development is slow. Most roms and such for many MTK devices are ports and not built from source(really frustrating)
I do miss the Volt community though. I still use the volt as a music player and for gps navigation. Weird thing is i havent paid for any service since Nov. and Pandora still seems to stream without any data(not complaining though)
I am still here, just not as frequently.

Sort of the same here while using VM. Trying to find the right ROM .I kept getting LTE 4g ect even though I haven't paid for my plan since sometime in September.

Also thanks for everything you had to offer.

I haven't paid Virgin Mobile since September too & I still have talk & text & unlimited web, just can't flash back to zv6/stock, only data works than, but as long as I'm using anything but stock I'm good & free is awesome! Thanx again for all your work Bad_MOFO_33!!!

Ya I haven't paid since September, as long as I stay away from the stock/zv6 I can use everything, talk, text, unlimited web! I figured I'd lose my phone# after 3 months, but nope, not yet! I've posted about this before! Same thing happened when I hady Tribute/LS660, had that working for 2 months free but when I bought my Volt & transferred my # they thought I was cracked out when I swore to themy phone had been working all that time. Finally they believed me, but strange, 2 different phones, same carrier, but odd! Oh well!

I saw that on one of your post it was really funny and handy ass hell though seeing I've not quite had the money for paying for service like I used too. Any recommended ROMS to use? In the process of using
CM12.1 Unofficial Beta.

I used CM 12.1 now as long as I don't revert back to stock I can use any rom. & I haven't paid for my monthly service since September.
 
vm made streaming services unlimitd maybe that has something to do with it

Phone is really nice blazing fast but feel cheap was easy to connected w metro 30 bucks unlimited voice and data,also when you in a call the display keep turning on and off cause you to touch buttons makes you loose the call.but that's not the case here,i kwe about virgin mobile services even after due date,not only i gave it to my wife,i bought me an unlock Nokia lumia 1320 in good conditions for 30 bucks..6" screen huge and i soo luv it..
 
Couple of years ago on my optimus v I had service for 2 years just data until my son cracked the screen i tether 3G but I must have used a shitload of data over the years think I was running cm7
 
I just got mine today. Whats the best place to follow development. Is it rootable?

I haven't had much chance to research much.
