Help MP3 Tags not being read correctly

Ph33zy

Newbie
Most of my MP3 tags are read correctly by the stock music player. However, some of my MP3 tags have some words capitalized when I don't have them that way and some of my genres are totally different than what I manually put in using MP3 Tagger Pro off the market.

Does the stock music player try to pull these information thru the network? Is there a cache file that the music player stores that needs to be erased and refreshed?

No, it just reads the files. Maybe you have used an older (or very new) id3 tag version. or maybe the tracks have some sort of DRM on them preventing the tags to be read correctly.

as a testy have you tried a different music app ....see if it reads the tags correctly?
