That stinks. If you didn't override laf.img and the key command I suggested isn't working then you must use LG flash tool and start all over again to fix your phone.

I noticed that too, then I left it and opened it again and it said "re-root" and "un-root"

I'm assuming you already tried lgpwn as well?

Install supersu zip from Google and install cwm

No need for computer go to terminal and type reboot recovery

Which CM ROM are you using? And what date is on the zip señor?

this is the link. http://androidforums.com/threads/ms323-cyanogenmod-development-thread.881497/ i downloaded the one at the top and it was a really early save i didnt mean to flash and i didnt make a nandroid backup, and i cant access any files, i dont have any gapps, so im basically helpless, its cm 11, and i cant reboot into fastboot to flash the fix over it, so im really sad

If you have terminal emulator, type..

su
hit enter.

You should see a hash# instead of a dollar$ now.

dd if=/dev/zero of=/dev/block/platform/msm_sdcc.1/by-name/laf
and hit enter.

Now before exiting plug in usb to computer, type reboot bootloader into terminal hit enter while using the fastboot keypress to enter fastboot. If not you can use adb to do the same commands just use ..

adb shell

Then,

su

if you can get into recovery, maybe aroma file manager will allow you to view your files

How do you get aroma file manager to work without recovery? I always have had to flash it in recovery to open aroma..

You can flash original firmware and start freshprince. It helps to make stock backup in case you need to restore it to stock lol
