There is a new one. Look on xda called easy zv8 root and recovery

I tried resetting my phone "HARD RESET"
and now its stuck on the 'cwm based recovery v5.5.0.4' menu,
and i cant get out
is there anyway that i could get out of this menu ?

You download the file and place it on your sd card and flash it through clockworkmod recovery

Also before you flash that make sure you have a working rom installed othewise you will brick your phone. If you're unsure just flash a rom while you still have cmw.
